ABOUT HAVING A DISCOUNT AGENCY TICKETS

To whom it may concern,

Our company SICPA TURKEY Product Safety Industry and Trade Inc. won the bid for “The Rental tender for the design, development and management of ticket and ticket products in museums and archeological sites" held on 27 February 2018 and the contract regarding the tender, which will be valid between May 1st 2012 and December 31st 2026, was signed between the Ministry of Culture and our company on March 19th 2012. In accordance with the provisions of the contract and the tender document, agency tickets will be sold 20 % discount of the ticket’s original price as of May 1st 2018 and sold directly by SICPA TURKEY Product Safety Industry and Trade Inc. to all agencies which have Group A Travel Agency certificate established in accordance with the Law No. 1618 on travel agencies and Travel Agencies Association, which will grant entrance rights to 54 museums and archaeological sites within the scope of the contract,

Agents holding Group A Travel Agency certificate can request tickets:

• after confirming the agency at https://acente.muze.gov.tr/ and using the provided user name and password. • After the order is given via the PORTAL and is paid via the approval code of the purchase, the tickets will be sent by SICPA TURKEY Tuzla Facilities (Yayla Mh. Rüya Sk. No:2 D-100 Karayolu Assan Tesisleri Tuzla İstanbul) within 5 working days following the payment of the price for the ticket requests under 50,000 and within 10 working days following the payment of the order over 50,000 tickets or if the use of cargo is requested, tickets can be sent to the desired address when the receiver pays for the shipment. • For additional questions and comments please contact SICPA TURKEY Help Desk via helpdesk@sicpa.com.tr.
